David L. Balk most recently served as the Director of Ethics & Business
Conduct for Lockheed Martin Electronics & Missiles with sites in Orlando
and Ocala, Florida
and Troy, Alabama.
The company is a world leader in air and missile defense systems, fire
control systems, and tactical missile systems. His 28 years with Lockheed
Martin focused on business ethics, dispute resolution processes, and human
resource responsibilities.
He is a member emeritus on the Board of Directors of the Central Florida
Blood Bank, is active in the local Chamber of Commerce and belongs to the
Ethics Officers Association, a national organization of ethics professionals.
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in government from Miami
University (Ohio)
and a master’s degree in business administration from Xavier
University.
