Profile:

Joseph S. Boggs is Director of Surveying for a branch office of a large southwest Florida consulting firm. He is responsible for the negotiation of contracts with clients and utilizes both short form contracts and standard terms and conditions for standard contracts.

Joe is also responsible for the accounts receivables. In that capacity he has become versed in the workings of the Small Claims Court. His knowledge of Limitations of Actions and the lien laws are both extensive and current.
